Portal Gun - Improved Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device

Description:
Just the portal gun with some improves. Work in progress.

Recommend to:
run "r_novis 1" in console
set "-dxlevel 90" in program start parameters

Features:
Portal 2 textures
Portal 2 sounds
Portal 2 projectile portal ball physics
Removed excess content, so the addon weighs less
No noclip when you go through the portal
Do not require Portal 2 content
Velocity is (almost) entirely preserved as you enter the portal.

ConVars:
portal_arm 0/1 Whether to render the arm of the portal gun's viewmodel.
portal_borders 0/1 Whether to borders rendering
portal_crosshair 0/1 Whether to use the portal crosshair (default 1)
portal_dynamic_light 0/1 Whether to use dynamic lights around the portals
portal_projectile_speed <number> The speed of the projectile shot by the portal gun (default 10000)
portal_render 0/1 whether to render the world in the portal

Known Bugs (from original description):
Portal projectiles don't exist in multiplayer
Multiplayer in general is very unreliable
Props sometimes fall through the floor when they move through the portal
Roof portals don't preserve velocity for players.
Skybox sometimes doesn't draw within the portal.
