Mexpex Heavy Drill - Nim Edition

Changes:

- Set LB (Large Block) to drill holes with 12m radius, SB (Small Block) to 7m radius.
- Removed duplicate block category in g menu.
- Updated costs to reflect functionality of block. LB mega is roughly equivalent to 25 standard LB drills, SB mega to 10 standard LB drills. Costs now reflect this. As a result, both blocks weigh far less than before.
- Removed SB XL Mega drill because I didn't see the point in keeping it. Just build a large ship and use the LB Mega.

Notes:

I wanted the to reflect the equivalence of standard drills to the mega drills in their power usage, but afaik you can't change the power usage of a drill block. Power usage of all drills in the game is 2kw, which is dumb, but it's a Keen problem not a Nim problem.

Also, I don't know how to set the value of the right click radius. I am guessing that is it based on the left click radius, like left_click_radius * 10 or something to that effect. So if you right click with this drill you will basically be setting off a tactical nuclear bomb in whatever you are mining. Have fun.
