Hi-Def UI Scaling

描述
Provides fine-tuned control of global UI scaling, independent of the dynamic UI scaling introduced in Patch 1.5. Scaling may now be globally reduced for all resolutions.

This mod was originally part of the Vermintide Mod Framework.

@cG.Vahnn should be in by default scaling to make it smaller ui, i need larger TEXT tho, like the properties of weapons, cant read the values very well

Can you please update for chaos wastes? During talent pick, the menu shrinks down and has black borders.
