ANOTHER NOTE: THIS MOD MIGHT NOT WORK ANYMORE BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW HOWEVER I HAVE NO INTENTION OF UPDATING THIS AS I STOPPED ANYTHING WITH MODDING ON GMOD.

Im honestly suprised no one did this yet self explantory addon if you've watched srpelo you already know how half of these sound there is currently 70 death sounds and 25 pain sounds more to be added probably. oh and also this has npc support so yeah execpt for the pain sounds those only activate for players. if you dont like the pain sounds here's a death sound only version https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1622818745

NOW THIS MOD MIGHT LINGER EVEN AFTER UNSUBBING AND REMOVING FROM YOUR ADDONS FOLDER LOOK AT THE FIX BELOW PLEASE?

fix if it lingers:
Thanks to giz guy for putting up how he fixed it. first of all navigate to your addons folder wherever your steam installation is steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons then look for this addon instead of spaces there will be _ instead simply delete it and verify your files.

The pain sounds are only played for players, I think it's due to lua limitations? I can't really tell.

I have an addon where I can use godmode and no noises play when I get hurt. But it would be cool if the noise didn't play when I get hurt when I am not in godmode.

One of the greatest addons I have ever discovered. I would like to thank you for rupturing my ears.

One question though. Can you make it so that whenever I get hurt, the noise doesn't play, but when an NPC does, it plays?
