i have been having trouble with using the Wheel Changer tool, it wont work on ANY Simfphys?? Do you might know whats wrong?

Glad you reported a bug to me, I'll try to fix it tomorrow. I might have a quick solution for you. download another car from me that has the same wheels for example the 68 Charger or the 71 Dodge Demon

I Think there is some real classics of the 80's Like the 288 GTO, but nothing in 90's I consider really classics, except for the Nissan S13 maybe

I don't remember alot of crappy cars in 80's, and 90's is like a middle between 80's and 2000's. Because it literally is.
