Italian Sea

Removes the Italian Peninsula from the game. Based on a Reddit post.

Minor changes:
-Genoa is renamed "Bastia", has its capital on Corsica, and has Sardinian as its primary culture
-Sardinian culture renamed "Corsican"
-Venice renamed "Istria", has its capital in Istria
-Venetian culture renamed "Istrian"
-Venice trade node renamed "Istria", provinces moved to/from it to look better
-Genoa trade node renamed "Provence", Wallis added to this node
-Piedmontese culture renamed "Savoyard", Lausanne and Wallis moved from Swiss culture to Savoyard
-Papal States' capital moved to Avignon, primary culture changed to Occitan
-A few name changes for sea tiles to not be "bay" or "gulf" where necessary
-Renaissance can now spawn in South Germany region (since italy region doesn't exist any more)

Positions are all done (Austria, Switzerland, Savoy have mountain ports).

FAQ:
Q: Can I still form Rome?
A: No, Rome doesn't exist.

Q: Can you please make Rome formable?
A: I considered making an alt-history formable "Reman Empire" with Avignon as the capital, but meh.

Q: Why is Corsica/Savoy/Malta still there but Nice/Venice/whatever isn't?
A: I didn't choose the borders, I based it on a Reddit post.

Q: Why do I still get events talking about Italy/Venice/Genoa?
A: Because I didn't want to look up every reference to them.

Q: Why is the HRE still called Roman if Rome doesn't exist?
A: Because there's too many things referencing it for me to change everything.
