Heroes Unchained 2019: Highwayman

Updated version of the Heroes Unchained: Highwayman mod by Loklin. Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as many new effects and stats for heroes and abilities not in the original Unchained series.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it.

Non-extensive list of changes:


-DMG slightly increased at higher weapon ranks

-Some resists increased

-Grapeshot Blast
   -Now also applies a bleed chance debuff
   -ACC increased by 5% at all ranks

-Tracking Shot
   -DMG increased to -55%
   -Now marks the target

-Duelist's Advance
   -Riposte DMG and ACC increased at all ranks

-Open Vein
   -Bleed DMG increased
