Peeler Cage

A mod that adds a misc building called "Peeler Cage". Requires it to be researched first, but can be researched off the bat as soon as you start the game if you want. To build it, scroll all the way down in the building menu to 'misc' and it's in there.

I'm not familiar with how the normal peeler works but I'm assuming it's similar to this, so it takes some micromanagement to keep them alive and remove their limbs as well. I can try to fix what I can but I am learning the mod tools and as far as I can tell, it works fine, with a very limited window to keep the person alive in my experience if you don't let their head/torso/whatever regenerate fully after the limbs are negative status.

Man this game is sadistic.

I know I could have made the peeler researchable, but I wanted to learn the mod tools more, so we got this instead. It's super easy to add it as a research option, don't bash. If people want, I'll upload that too if no one has yet (I doubt someone hasn't).
