Revolver Ocelot - MGS Integral (Francis)

It's Revolver Ocelot from Metal Gear Solid 1! (Integral version.) Special thanks to Friedslick6 for ripping the model!

Despite being more low-poly, I wanted the model to be unique, so I made it where whenever Ocelot is puked on by a Boomer, he will flash/flicker like the good old days of games. No, this doesn't mean that he's invincible, it's just something I found neat.

Along with the flickering bile texture, he has custom HUD icons along with his viewmodel.

For players with keen eyes, you may have noticed that none of his limbs detach or float around like they do in the original game. This was done for two reasons;
Make the model not waste polygons (I know, he's already low poly...)
Make it easier for me to work with for the weight painting.

I attempted to use rigid vertex weights to fit the same style as older games rigged their characters. Sadly, I had to make a compromise and use proper painting for the viewmodel's fingers and the worldmodel's cloak.

I also had to combine most of his textures; he had over 32, which is the max amount L4D2 allows a model to have.
