If you have your prisoners work 6 hours a day, you need 50 prisoners continuously sorting mail. So, why doesn't that work out in the game? Well, without this mod, after 10 sorts (or about 4 hours of continuously sorting mail), the prisoner changes to a new stack. Well, unfortunately, that doesn't scale well at all. This mod allows prisoners to sit at the sorting table and stay absolutely still and concentrate during the period. The bottom line is that prisoners need to sort mail *WAY* faster than they do. Then, the mail issue will be significantly improved, but with the satchel size of 50 mismatching this mods setting of 100, I would love to see a mod that balances both. BRAVO and hats off to you for developing this mod!

This is an awesome mod, and it actually provided me major insight into the mail issue .. based on a large scale prison with this mod, I have been able to figure out one glaring issue on the amount of time required to sort mail vs. how much is being delivered. Every day, *every* prisoner gets a piece of mail. I have 1200 prisoners and received exactly 12 stacks of mail on two trucks. Immediately behind those trucks is enough mail satchels to handle the new volume. Prisoners sort mail at a rate of exactly ONE mail piece every 15 minutes. So, for a prison size 1200, 18,000 minutes PER DAY must be spent sorting mail. 15 prisoners working NONSTOP 24 hours in a row would be able to handle that sort of volume.
