I don't think this exist atm. Palette can be made of Ark Paint Converter used color values (for checkboxes) but I am not sure these RGB values are exactly same ATLAS uses in game.
Haha and I was working on my own pnt tool last night ^^ Thanks for info. I will update this guide when I finish coding my tool to compare if it gives different results, so I can decide if it is worth releasing it when we already have such amazing ARK+ATLAS tool updated :)
