Requested by Octavia (the steam user, not the pony (also, said steam user's name keeps changing, so I'm sticking with the one that was in use when it was requested)).

The song is the first one and a half lines of the violin arrangement of the MLP:FiM opening theme as written by Daniel Ingram and arranged by Teslahead (http://www.everyponysings.com/p/music.html).

I picked violin because that website had it, it was stringed, it only had one cleft, and that cleft was the same as Octavia's cutie mark.

In case you're wondering what's up with the odd coloration of the notes, straight cutie mark color didn't contrast enough to be visible on the blade, and black would've been boring, so I airbrushed a bit of cutie mark color onto black.

I have a friend that I need to ask if she can be my thumbnail guy. She probably won't do it, but I need a thumbnail guy badly enough that I still need to ask. (I suck sooooo much at thumbnails)
