Yes it's the jurassic park game, but you need to have Street of Rage 3 to launch the mod, SEGA Megadrive & Genesis don't have a direct rom support, to use a rom you need to upload as a mod

You need to have Street of Rage 3, then instead of launching Street of Rage 3 there is a "mods" button, select him and select "Jurassic Park"
