描述
-December 30th, 1987. Near South Bimini.-

"Yuri. That oil rig is the Colombian's main source of power. Without that, a lot of their usual funding is out the window. We've been watching this place for months, and there shouldn't be any resistance. Get on there, and kill any workers you see. There's an old American helicopter from Hawaii on board, and you can use that to get out of there. We'll bring our boys in after you're gone to wipe up your mess and start operating it again under our discretion. Now, get in there, and get this over with."

Yuri boarded calmly, expecting no resistance. Unfortunately, he was ambushed by rig workers bristling with weapons. The Colombians knew he would be there. Yuri stood no chance. The game had been rigged from the start.


-This level uses the Redial Items Mod posted by Yossarian the Assyrian and the Hammer to Mobster mod by CrazyJaydon. It also uses the vehicle mod for the Fans Hawaii Mod made by PerfectPardo. Everything else I made myself.-

Very cool level! I love the way you used each sprite to fit in with the setting of the level.
but i thought the level felt a bit cramped, or that's just me since i played in hard mode and it gives you an upside down view.

haven't played it yet, but looking at the description, you could almost say that the level is RIGGED so that it's nearly impossible to complete if you bring a shotgun to the second floor, no?

This level is some excellent work. It is engaging. The enemy placement is challenging, yet approachable. The setting is unique and you captured it brilliantly! Entering levels was not a difficulty for me personally, but some transitions are bugged as the editor shoves your character into solid furniture. I would suggest avoiding solid furniture near floor transitions, but that's more a matter of functionality over aesthetic taste.
My main criticism of this level is that the level design is cramped. While there is nothing wrong with that, hallways provide no room for movement counter play, which dumbs down combat to shooting down a sightline at off-screens and idles. Perhaps the hallways could be a bit wider while scaling down on using larger decorative objects. Otherwise a great level, hope my comment helps. I hope to see how your craft improves in later works!

Brilliant level! Loved the setting, and it played well. Regarding your warning for entering the second floor with a shotgun - while I found it easily doable if you back up a little, I think in future you could incorporate a fix into the level itself should you have this concern.
For this level, you could either remove any shotguns and shotgun enemies from the first floor, or change enemy placements on the second (or perhaps place a preferable weapon at the entrance).

Just a suggestion, albeit not a very helpful one. I'm excited to see what you make next.

This level is great! My one complaint is that outside of dodger encounters melee weapons felt completely pointless.
