This is an EMD F7 (B Unit) in standard Iron & Watsas RR three-color livery. The IWRR was an early buyer of EMD's F-series of locomotives when it was spun off from Fortress Watsas following the Great MingeBag wars, and used many of them in both Freight and Passenger service across it's network. Many are still used on excursions and executive special trains.
