Replaces Scintilla, Spark of the Sky with Mixter the Dubstep Maestro

This is the 2.0 and final version of Mixter. I have made some small changes to the model itself and then added custom vfx for the different actions of the dragon.

Disclaimer : The Syluria version doesn't add any vfx and the model is changed.

Oh okay, i can't test your mods because my mods doesn't works anymore...
But the dragon is really beautfiull btw :)

Scouloune that I will not do because this version of the mod requires the dragon to have outer wings made out of VFX. The only 2 dragons like that are Scintilla and Xendri (and I do not own Xendri). I am sorry.

Oh and SoapIsJustBathSauce thank you for pointing out my mistake with the old version replacement name. Did not realize that.
