Royal Foot Squires

Updated for the Twisted and the Twilight
"They may feel immense pride but the Lords hide an important truth; they will never be Knights..."

Born simple peasants, these men have trained and fought their way to the top of the peasant hierarchy. They fight with unnatural skill and use a combination of shield and sword to go toe-to-toe with even some elite infantry from the Bretonnian's vaunted opponents. They have come into the direct service of Royarch Louen himself, and have been led to believe that they are on the path towards knighthood, but that couldn't be further from the truth.

Unit Features:
• Foot Squires with 1-Handed Swords and Shields
• High Melee attack and Melee defence
• They have the Blessing of the lady and Frenzy
• Requires a Royal Barracks

somehow, i dont think louen would trick elite peasant warriors like this, but i'd doubt he'd offer them the opportunity to become squires anyway for fear of rocking the bretonnian boat.

maybe it was in conflict with the other mods. Strange, it used to work just fine. Thx for the heads up. probably have to test my mods one by one.

Just tested all of my custom unit mods in a battle and I didn't experience a crash to desktop, so I can't be sure that its the fault of my own mods.

It seems that the DLC warden & the paunch had caused all unit mod to go haywire. when melee unit was about to clash. it will cause CTD. oddly enough i tried only using the missile type unit mod without any melee enabled. It works just fine. Anyone has the same experience?

@Lily I have a dumb question that i may answer already, it says that they were once peasants. Do they effect the peasant economy?
