Wide Boi Solar Panel

This mod adds a solar panel that fits the full width of a wind generator, 4x7 in size. This panel requires the same amount of resources as a standard solar generator. Note that this does not replace the vanilla solar generator.

If I ever get around to learning C# I'll make it generate more power than the vanilla generator but for now it's an aesthetics only sort of thing.
