Better Scaled Cry Havoc

描述
This mod fixes the terrible low-rank scaling 'Cry Havoc' suffers from in the vanilla game, bringing it in line with the game's other stress heal skills (which all gain roughly +50% effectiveness as you progress from rank 1 to rank 5). Low ranks of 'Cry Havoc' are no longer useless!

The VANILLA ranks are:

Rank 1: -2 stress, 66% chance (average 5)
Rank 2: -3 stress, 68% chance (average 8)
Rank 3: -4 stress, 70% chance (average 11)
Rank 4: -5 stress, 72% chance (average 14)
Rank 5: -6 stress, 74% chance (average 18)

Rank 2: -4 stress, 84% chance (average 13.5)
Rank 3: -5 stress, 75% chance (average 15)

Marvin Seo's falconer has a aoe stress heal for healing 3 stress to all party members, and a crit buff for 2 rounds but even spamming that thing didnt feel good for stress heal, so honestly hound master stress healing being 100% wouldnt feel bad to me since that all it would do.

Basicly I think they purposely underpowered skills/stuff in vanilla just to make the game harder.
or to trap you with bad skills that make them seem useful when they are not and you attempt to use them and get punished in the long run for doing so.
My D&D gaming experience has taught me one simple fix to prevent abuse of stuff, Reward for play that does good for the game/party/fun. DONT punish unless you absolutely need too or the players do something really stupid.
So Reward dont punish. aka reward NON-stalling play styles Red Hook, and maybe people would not use them as much. XD

I actually run a bunch of class balance mods, due to the fact i use like 10 new class mods as well, just to make sure the vanilla classes didnt get out classed.
So I had to stop using this mod but it does something similar, it stress heals the HM for 6 (100%)
and all other heros for the normal chance of 66% for stress heal of 6

I like your balances a little better on the party part, but the Self stress heal being always makes a ton of sense for this, and Feels fine in play.

I like your mod for a change to vanilla balance if thats what I was going for but my mod usage has directed me to a different direction.

Your mod is great and feels like what vanilla should be closer too.

That's an interesting suggestion for sure, people really seem to dislike that the houndmaster can sometimes stress heal for zero.

This a good and fair mod, not complaining as this makes me want to use the hound master more, I actually found him only ok for the most part. Mostly cause i like going to the ruins/cove where he isnt the best

I honestly feel the stress should have a small amount always work like rank 5 does 3 or 4 and then you had a small chance to get more/double (otherwise the jester was just better overall)

this would apply to even the Arbalests flare ability. Cause stress is gained easy enough. even a small amount aoe stress heal that always works would not stop the stress.

Thanks Destro, that's exactly what I intended. The goal was to make his early stress heal exactly as powerful as it ought to be. This was a substantial buff, but I believe the new values are fair.

HM is now a way more reliable stress healer in the early game
