Automaticly gives the player 2 badges that cover the world in confetti while giving the player a nice boost!

This mod was based off the Water dash badge: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1492505715&searchtext=Water

I notice the badge isnt the best I'll try to make a better one.
