Suvarnabhumi Classic

Historically, the rich lands of Southeast Asia were a melting pot of different cultures, religions, and nations who all vied for power in a land which according to legend, was named Suvarnabhumi — ‘the Land of Gold.’ As a Southeast Asian myself, I’m pretty disappointed with the current state of S.E.A compared to India and Burma, and as a result, this mod attempts to address the issues with the vanilla setup of both maritime and mainland Southeast Asia.

•An overhauled map of Southeast Asia, with new provinces
•Many new playable countries
•An expanded Malay culture group
•Divided the Filipino culture
•New missions for Ayutthaya, Majapahit & Cambodia
•More dynamic province names
•New ideas for countries such as Malacca & Brunei
•Historical ruler lists for countries such as Pagaruyung
•An improved Burma, with new provinces and Shan States
•A bunch of new formable/reformable nations; Siam, Khmer, Burma, Viet Nam, Srivijaya, Java, Maharlika, Majapahit, Mataram & Nusantara
•New releasable nations
•New Indochinese and Malay tech group, with semi-new units
•A unique disaster for Majapahit

•Flesh out the Philippines
•Add more missions
•Add more unique ideas and improve already existing ones
•Rework the new Indochinese and Malay units so they are actually unique
