Research Districts on Ringworld

(DEPRECATED note: In 2.3 version, research districts on ringworlds is in offical features.)

After updating 2.2

Wow, ringworlds have 50 districts now? Cool.
You cannot build mining districts on ringworld? OK, at least it makes sense.
Wait, only 3 kinds of districts available on ringworlds when other habitable planet classes getting 4? Weak.

That's basically why this mod came out.

Feature:
Add Research Districts for ringworld. Different from the one on habitats, Research Districts on ringworlds provide 2 researcher jobs (or the ones in hive or machine version) and 2 housing.

Simplified Chinese
German (Contributed by @waynegtrexx)

Compatibility:
It SHOULD be compatible to most mods, except the ones adding new district for ringworlds.

@Tuchanka It's compatible, but the AI will not be that smart to build science districts properly.

This is a big ask, are you able to make your own one? A mineral and a science one? If you can you will be the best modder ever :)
