This mod currently seems to have a problem right now. If you open a dome, a UI warning is visible, and if you hover over the colonists, the window seems to persist even after you leave the dome, or quit to the menu. If you need any additional information, just tell me what is needed and I will happily provide it.

I can't exclude me doing anything wrong, but I disabled and enabled basically every mod to see which one gave problems, and it happened every time with this one.

Enable it in mod manager

There are no activation instructions...

This mod doesn't change anything, it just displays progress.

I think I get it. this is to calm down the bunnies in the domes, so they spawn kids at a more regulated pace and not overcrowd the domes, forcing a new dome every ten minutes. Thanks for the expaination. btw, Love your mods!

Children don't spawn till a number hits a threshold (the num builds up based on comfort and whatnot).
Once the num hits the threshold then it'll start a loop that'll spawn a child, lower the num, and sleep for a bit. Once the num hits 0 then it'll start building it up again till it hits the threshold.

This mod shows the num/threshold as a percent.

Not quite understanding the tick up and down . Is that so the birth rates don't just keep spawning kids forever, or is it to slow them down? speed them up?
