No Lens Dirt

Listen, I'm as much a fan of a cinematic looking game as the next person, but I just find the lens dirt can look ugly and obscure vision. This is a really simple mod, but it's effective. Simply just removes the lens dirt. No longer will you have static translucent floaters when looking at bright lights or getting into gunfights.
