描述
provinces: 228 land and 12 sea
wraparound: full

Balanced big full wraparound map for 16 land nations. Each capitol has 5 land neighbours and is 4 provinces away from opponents. Thrones positions are set so no starting position is advantaged (15 thrones). Caves have portals linking them to other caves several hex away, allowing fast travel. Dolmens show the provinces with many random sites, towns show rich provinces (18000 starting pop no matter the terrain) which also get special sites like assassins guilds*. Small towers show (already discovered) indie mage sites*, each player starts near one of them (giving either n2 animists or d2 necromancers). All those special provinces get extra defenders.

* Note : there's a small chance for these special sites not to appear if their provinces get 4 random sites, as I haven't used #killfeatures (I prefered not to use it because it would mean these provinces would have no other sites than the scripted one). Anyway, it should be a rare occurence if you don't play with extreme site frequency.

I may just have a missunderstanding of how movement works. I though scouts could move through all but enemy territory with out penalty but apparently it needs to be your own dominion. I thought we could move through neutral territory outside our dominion w/o penalty. Once again, the map is super cool.

Thanks. For scouts movement I have no clue, plains are just the usual plains and I don't think it's even possible to change their movement cost through a map file command (out of adding roads which would reduce it but is no longer supported in the editor).

I notice a issue with map movement. My scouts can only move through 1 Plains Terrain at at time. Scouts should have 16 movement points and be able to travese 2 plans in a turn under normal conditions. Each plain should cost 6 movement total to move through. Any ideas about this?
