Centres HUD for ultrawide resolutions.

Use mod option to set screen margin, when you find one that works for your resolution then please send me your res and margin, so I can add it to the lookup table.
Setting the mod option will override the lookup table. If wanted I can add a vertical option as well.

Currently included in lookup:
5760x1080 (48:9): 2560
3840x1080 (32:9): 960
7680x1440: 1802
7680x1378: 1600
7680x1411: 1600


Known Issues:
This just fixes the in-game HUD, I didn't bother with anything else.
Some stuff isn't centred: blue pause overlay, console, console log, and cheat menu.
Messes with my Map Overview More Info, so this is disabled when zoomed into map overview with that mod enabled.

Removed button and changed to mod option (0 to use internal lookup table or none).

Workaround with my Map Overview More Info mod.

The resource counts (just the metals apparently) from your other mod "Map Overview More Info" gets shifted like it's attached to the left side menu. They go way over to the right.

I play windowed at 7680x1378 and use a margin of 1600. I'll use the same margin when I use Borderless Gaming at 7680x1411

7680x1440 triple screen surround, but no border compensation.

I would give you feedback, but my tv screen issues probably wouldn't be helpful. I play on the default display. and going to go to the full screen now.

OMG I could just kiss you. I can't get my computer and tv to agree with display. and as a result I lose some of the display on both sides. Its a tv issue. and since my ex room mate stole the remote, I can't fix it. Tried everything. and have had to play in windowed, then click it to smaller screen to see the HUD menus. This centered, fixes everything up perfectly!
