LATEST: I'm told this hasn't worked since the Arma 2.0 update. I had been working on a pretty substantial update but for the time being have been seduced away by a Virtual Reality headset. I would quite like to come back to this at some stage though honestly Arma 4 might be out by then. In the meantime DO NOT INSTALL THIS.

A terrain shader mod for 1.94 Stable (DX11 only).

Decided it's probably best to deliver the terrain mod colour-correction-neutral so have removed the EO_Real_3 preset. Anyone who wants to retain that look can subscribe to the stand-alone version at https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1939033736. A big thank you to EvilOrgan for being so cool about me using it.

With or without the colour corrections this is very much tuned to my own post-processing settings with boosted contrast and saturation at 75%.

While I get the following error "no entry 'config.bin/CfgVideoOptions.PiPVisibility'." on launch, the mod is definitely working at some level. There is a very clear difference in the terrain detail with this mod enabled. Tested in the Infantry Showcase, standing on the hill by the spotters looking back towards the village.

Not sure why they say it is not working anymore. I have no problems, still works on my end. And for those who claim about the colors: i can recoment to use it wih this lightning mod together:
