is this the same one in expansion weapons ?

Console DayZ doesn't have modding, all you can do is alter mission files like the stuff for economy. The taser in game isn't set up to work, needs modding.

is it possible to change the config so that the "mags" can be reloaded? If so do you know how?

Hi, I have the damage reflex mod on my server, can you knock each other out with this weapon? or can only the attacker knock out? is to promote the organic role
employment expansion and the taser that it brings does not generate any effect

The mags are intended to be spawned with ammo in them via quantmin/quantmax in the types.xml, and not to be refilled, as it's not a mag but a prefab cartridge.
