the original weapon which i used as base for this one had issues regarding the delay, it increased the more you placed, meaning at about 50 placed charges you get 10 sec det time, even after each one blew and is being replaced

Can you put a delay between each explosion, say 1000 explosions per minute, and not all at once to counter performance issues. (or is that too difficult?)

Not what i mean. Its difficult to explain. There is an addon which lets you edit some of the parameters of weapons in-game. For example you can make a certain weapon use smg1 or ar2 ammo, or change the firerate and other things. This only works if weapons are not too complex. Its doable with yours, but not with his weapon, because its too complicated. I wanted to make a c4 type thing use hl2 grenade ammo. Its no big deal tho. I can also just not care about the fact that i have infinite ammo.
