WHAT THIS MOD DOES:

This mod makes the entire world colonizable wasteland - with the exception of the Holy Roman Empire. All of the surviving HRE nations have their national starting ambitions changed to +2 colonists and are set to automatically discover bordering provinces. Time to recolonize the world in the name of the Emperor!

With the mod you can still form other nations like France and Poland and leave the HRE if you desire to. The HRE mechanics still work, and although you can form the HRE and revoke the privilegia, I've made this substantially harder as Imperial Influence will increase much more slowly and decay much more quickly. This is for necessary balance reasons, as the campaign starts with every nation inside of the HRE.

You can, of course, leave the Holy Roman Empire if you desire to. This mod simply explores the possibility / alternative history of the Holy Roman Empire colonizing the world.

Is it just me or did this mod stopped to work for a few days ago? Whenever I start the game nowadays, I just starts the vanilla-EU4. Normal HRE-Exodus works fine though.

there is some provinces in europe, i think theres one in sweden and one is latvia, that is protestant at the start. And also i've seen some nations pop-up like Fulo in Africa. I know they're event nations, is there anyway for you to remove the event? I also saw Ashanti and one other one in africa.

For those having problems with this working, look in your mod folder and see if the holyromanexodus+italy.zip is corrupted -- when I downloaded it first, the zip file was 0KB, and after I deleted it and redownloaded it, the mod worked.
