Removes the 15-bill limit on individual workbenches. It's now a limit of 125 which is near the upper-limit the bit-code allows).

After 5 years of modding for this game I am stepping aside. I have not been modding since 1.4.

hi, just a quick note, i think that the paste option doesnt work above 15 bills, even tho we can still add bills manually
