Increases administrative cap
- Base increased to 50 from 30
- Pacifist increased to 20 from 10
- Fanatical pacifist increased to 40 from 20
- Imperial Prerogative increased to 60 from 30
- Gestalt conciousness now gives +20 admin cap

Oh, ha ha. I looked through and the only thing I didn't check was prerogative. I was like "oh yeah, it's all still fine"

Oh, then you don't know about the new admin changes? Well pacifists do something do something different now, they lower population sprawl, as does Imperial Prerogative, which gives a percent increase rather than a simple one

I can change the flag so it doesn't show up as incompatible, but as far as I know it doesn't make a difference in game, and i'm not sure what you would want me to change?

Yeah, its bad the new launcher, I heard they outsourced it. As far as I can see, the load order is reversed, so god only knows what other surprises it has in store for mods.

It looks like I don't need to change anything to update to 2.5 (in terms of gameplay), so the mod still 'works the same' even though the launcher is grumpy about it. I am trying to figure out how the new launcher works because it's not happy about my trying to upload a new version.

The mod is working perfect for me tbh, but its always nice to have it updated in case of any bugs, thank Xerrol, this is a must have mod for me.
