Durkle's Palestine [GS]

Adds Palestine to the game under the leadership of Yasser Arafat! Requires either Rise and Fall or Gathering Storm.

Civilization Ability: Ard al-Muqaddasa
Districts adjacent to a Holy Site provide an additional Great Person point of their type. Holy Sites provide an additional Great Prophet Point when placed adjacent to the city center. +15% Production towards wonders and double Tourism from wonders in cities with a worship building.

Unique Unit: Fedayeen
Infantry replacement unique to Palestine. Has -5 Combat Strength, but two are produced each time while all of your cities are at full loyalty, and its maintenance cost is halved. Has double support and flanking bonuses when fighting in a district.

Unique District: Beit
Replacement for the neighborhood unique to Palestine, unlocked at Reformed Church. Must be built on hills. Provides +4 Housing regardless of appeal. Receives a standard Culture adjacency bonus from City Centers, Holy Sites, and Wonders. +1 Faith and Gold on all plantations in the city it is built. Unlocks the Dabke unique project.

Unique Project: Dabke
Project unique to the Beit. Provides +1 Amenity and Culture while active. Yields Great Musician Points and a boost to loyalty upon completion.

Leader Ability: al-Fatah (Rise and Fall)
+100% Culture for 10 turns after declaring a War of Liberation or a Reconquest War. +10% Faith and Production while all of your cities are at full loyalty, doubled during a Dark Age.

Leader Ability: al-Fatah (Gathering Storm)
Cities at full Loyalty receive +2 Production towards units, increased to +4 with Political Philosophy and +6 with Nationalism. While in a Dark Age, grievances decay faster and all of your cities following your religion produce +1 Diplomatic Favor per turn.

The city state of Jerusalem is replaced with Varanasi, fully compatible with TCS' Kingdom of Jerusalem and Leugi's Israel.
