AI's awful. Tech is meme easy to specialise. Even your best friends are luddites in comparison to you if they aren't research-focused or not AI.

So I made this.

Changes research agreement from R + (R * 0.25) modifier to R + (R * 10) modifier.

It makes research agreements 40 times more powerful.

Yes, it's unbalanced especially if you're not in the position I made this mod for.

Fixed for 2.2.4 testing branch, says it's for 2.2.2 but it works fine for 2.2.4 - Haven't tested for 2.2.3 though.

I loved playing with this mod but it breaks the market in 2.2.3

The main reason the AI sucks at research in 2.2 is because the AI is garbage in general. Their economies collapse and their fleets are a joke.
