Since this was originally for hl2 ep2, I suggest you to have hl2 ep2 installed and uuh make sure your games are all updated to steampipe before you complain about missing textures, thank you. The pack includes:
-esc_lego
-esc_forest
-esc_garage

because it will add new categories and some stuff for your maps

Originaly, You need to go to the shed. and fill up the well with water. Original in hl2 you would die instantly if you didnt filled the well up with water.
