Adds a new faction, new wandering squads and recruitable characters to be found around the world, 3 new playable races and 4 new starts.

The new faction is The Outlanders, powerful invaders from beyond the world of Kenshi. They are composed of three different races which are respectively related to the greenlanders, the sheks and the hivers.

Squads of this new faction roam the world and are available for player recruitment.

The new starts are centered around this new content:

1st start is the hard one, it's similar to the rock bottom start, but you don't have amputated limbs, just hurt ones.

2nd start is of medium dificulty and has you at the role of a black swordsman who is being hunted down by the Holy Nation.

3th start is easy and you start with a skeleton with a crimper companion.

4th start is very easy and has you starting with a squad of highly skilled outlander martial artists.
