I might be a twat but why would i release unfinished tools that require a shit load of knowledge to use? It's not just "oh i convert" and done. Lmao not in the slightest, i have to use an older version of windows just to convert them to fbx, then use the hkx and convert it to xml and grab the locomotion data. That's only step 1 out of at least 5 or 7. Sounds simple enough, but that's because i'm only explaining the easy shit.

unfortunately not, it took enough google searching to just find the tool to rip the model from the game's files

Are you certain there are no conversion tools? Any idea of anyone out there is making them at this time? What a dissapointment to hear. No tools to format them for Gmod, wonder if theres any for SFM or xnalara or whatever, to then port it over to gmod, probably not. Soul of Cinder, thats a cool model i guess. All you need you have except for a tool to convert it anywhere.... just this one little obstacle, damn... i wonder what is there that we could do to get over that impass.
