描述
A new version of Benetto's University Student Union, now repurposed as an office building in case you already have enough university places in your city.

Textures have been updated, and a colour map, normal map and illumination map added. Brick colour can be adjusted between pale orange/red or brown or grey using the Paint mod. Move It is also recommended.

Fits in well in a leafy European city.

Shared with Benetto's agreement and with thanks to Benetto for the use of the model.

see what you mean but I chose office buildings so that they can be used a bit more flexibly. Plus, they're already available as university buildings :-)

Is it possible to do these as university parts but in this style? They'd make for an awesome european university! The originals look more american
