描述
Hey there. Ever noticed how the entire town of Mourn is eaten by Beak Things when they come to visit? Or Skin Spiders. Or Dogs. Or pretty much anything. You don't want that because you live in the town or just like it? Look no further! This mod adds functional gates with buff Tech Hunter Guards to guard them, some patrols in town and citizens that buy stuff.

What does it add specifically:

2 Gates with 2 x 4 Guards, working in 12 hour shifts (4 at the gate and 4 on the wall operating the harpunes).
1 general goods trader
3 residental buildings with 6-8 citizens who buy stuff during the day (if you want to set up a shop)
1 Barrack with 9 guards patrolling the town
1 generator shack for some power

Numbers may vary if you changed the general squad sizes in your options. You need to import the game to see the effects.

Is there by any means a way to make the ore drills in Mourn purchasable? Right now they already give free ore for the effort of manually emptying them, I'd like to automate that a bit.

Peni4, that's a vanilla problem. I see that a lot in high populated towns and I don't use map mods. But am about to :yazdwink:

Hi, Dude. The mod is great, but there are a couple of shortcomings: the added civilians just sit in their homes, crowded at one point, and the guards can run far from the city and get lost somewhere.

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you for this mod, started a new playthru, got my rebirth escapees down to Mourn and always wanted to work out of this area more than standard base setups to the north. This has worked like a charm. Thanks again!:steamhappy:
