描述

Another small mod to correct 2.0's balancing; this mod reduces monthly maintenace cost from 0.5%/1% to 0.3/0.6%.

It also reduces the maintenance cost buff for (awakened) fallen empires from x0.25 (x0.5) to x0.5 (0.75), bringing them to somewhat more manageable levels.

Everything in the past 9 months, really.

The mod just changes a few lines in the config file, all you need to do for porting it to a new version is to check if these config file lines still exist in the current version. And maybe if there's new, related settings that need tweaking.

Doesn't take much time, usually, but you actually have to play the game to make sure the changes make sense. I just don't do that any more.

No, the game mechanic itself does not scale at all, Stellaris always uses a fixed fraction.
