Hey, once you subscribe it should be visible under steam workshop in main menu (if map isn't visible try using an external tool to download steam file and manually install) and you should play be able to play with bots. However all my FF maps were designed to be played with people back when they were hosted on a server.
However there's a way to manually host a server and play with other people.
Sometimes steam workshop isn't working properly with RO2/RS cause of bad paths(I think).
Try downloading the steam file using an external website downloader and place the map manually into ro2 folder and it should work okay ;)
This is an FF map that isn't currently hosted somewhere so you need to play it locally with bots.
