Altana Explorer SRW

This is a modified version of Sabaithal's Altana Dive Fighter modified to be more suitable for short-range exploration while still retaining all 13 guns and combat effectiveness.

The SRW version is the "Short Range Warp" version with a warp drive and a constructor added. Otherwise it's the same as the basic Altana Explorer.

(The basic version is a better first ship when starting out since it doesn't require cobalt, and the warp drive can easily be added once you get some.)

Additions to the original Dive Fighter design:
- A Detector (for finding ore)
- A Warp Drive
- A Warp Fuel tank
- A mobile constructor
- A Fridge
- More O2 and an O2 station
- An armor locker
- Lots of cargo crates
- A control panel switch for the shutters and "Nonessentials" (for power savings)

This is a decent fist ship to use to warp to another planet for the first time.
