NPC Appreciation

描述
Adds a whole bunch of new quests and items, with (maybe) more to follow!

Currently Includes:

Before Bombardment
-The builder has heard of a new meal? Can you obtain the recipe?
-The miner has encountered a strange cave! Can you clear it out?
-The hunter wants you to become a local exterminator for a while
-The builder has plans for a new golem (which can be put in the Robo Pen)

During/After Bombardment
-As the NPCs have to go hide in a cave, they need some things to make them happy!
-Hunter wants a canine friend to keep him company
-Miner wants to keep on mining
-Builder, as always, is hungry for more food!
-Farmer wants to build a farm (Potatoes Mod Addon)
-Plus most of the pre-bombardment quests!

Other
-The Exile is bored on Mars. Get them a shiny new arcade!

How do you find the strange cave? Does it have the ruins like most of the caves? Does it have the sorta ghost blocks that you see with spirit vision? Or do you have to dig exatcly were the cave entrance is?

If you can make a titanium golem.... can you make an exotic golem? Or add exotic matter to the mobile research lab with a cost of t=10000?

Hey, Airom!
I know that I should really be asking you this on the Discord, but are you willing to fix the farmer and the miner's quests for when the Bombardment Shield is built? I can't complete the quests that I was given, and it's really irritating my OCD that they can't be completed or canceled!

hey could you make a spirit teleportal? because i'm doing a magic only run and it would be nice to have a method of fast travel in magic path which is smaller than a monolith

i have accepted the quests before the bombardment and haven't finished them before the end of the bombardment and now i can't complete the quests at all (the quests in question are the miner spell of return and the builder kitchen BP)

also please make the golem quests usable for after bombardment? I really like farming rescources so much i literally turned aground into a idle game. I have like, 40 pens and coral pens in my space station, and 20 farmer bots, and i could use these golems for farming different materials
