for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

Billy the Balloon works much like "Bobby the box" exept he expresses his current mood by whatever sound he makes, Billy is a calm and focused balloon, he may not be the strongest physically but he is a caring friend

Billy the Balloon will follow you around and will protect you by attacking any hostile NPCs excluding manhacks, rollermines, scanners, turrets, hunter-choppers, stalkers, ceiling turrets, antlion grubs, barnacles and striders.
