Try It Yourself - Faction Starts

This mod adds more than 50 new game starts with faction themed squads. All units equipment and stats are vanilla, I only created some custom squads to include most faction units in it.

Also some races were made playable to allow certain starts. I didn't force any race requirements so it's possible to have not Shek berserker, not Hiver blackshifter or Skeleton as Inquisitor. Some race requirements in the vanilla game depend on faction and not unit so during character creation race can be default (male greenlander), check it and pick the right race if you go for authentic run (usually I write correct vanilla race in p.s.).

Almost all of these game starts are easy and some of them feel like plain straight cheating but this mod was made to test things, do some RP (like Flotsam Ninjas attack on the Rebirth) and mainly to have fun (lead Skeleton Legion attack on the Holy Nation for instance).

All game starts have 100 relations with their "mother" faction.

So you can start the game as mercenary company, UC samurai squad, traders guild caravan or south hive prince with guards and favourite war gorrila or finally lead squad of shrieking bandits, etc. Almost every faction has its start.
