Hi! This is a music pack I made a while back for myself. The goal is to increase immersion by adding culturally appropriate songs, and to reduce repetition from the base game's short, albeit stellar, soundtrack.

If you enjoy the music, please leave a like! If there is enough interest I'll add more music!


The song selection is mostly a random collection of songs I chose from my itunes list and youtube playlists. Unfortunately, during the conversion from mp3 to .ogg I lost the original names of most of the tracks.

The overall pack is large, ~120 songs, so I've split it into two. This pack of 67 songs focuses on Western European music, with flavor music for Nordic, Germanic, Celtic and French cultures, and the Catholic faith.

Music includes:

Adrian Von Ziegler - about half of the music is from this incredible guy, especially the celtic music.
Civilization - tracks for Germany, France, and England are taken from the civilization franchise OSTs (4, 5 and 6.)
Dark Souls - a few tracks for Catholic battle music are taken from Dark Souls 3.
Catholic Hymns - from various artists

And others.


All songs play dynamically, depending on your culture, faith, and whether or not you are at war!

Make sure to get the second part of this music pack, which includes tracks for Eastern Europe and the Middle East - as well as more general music. The two are supposed to be used together.

Sorry for late reply! Ck3 has a very unique soundtrack full of ambience and long pauses. That is why I was hesitant to bring this soundtrack there as I dont think it quite fits. However, I may do so soon. Thank you for the compliments :)

Anyone know what the name to track 4234493789 is? I really like it a lot, and in-game it's only referred to by the number.

It might be far too long ago now. But I am not certain who the composer of Spiritus is. However, you can find it and some of the other chants on Giacomo Biliotti channel on youtube
