Quivers for bk3k's Better Mercs

I think I forgot to upload this although I made it a while back

This causes the Ranger and Heavy Ranger Mercs (added by my mod) to use the Quivers added by zheyron's mod.

Otherwise my Ranger Mercs would use small thief's backpacks (which have no combat penalties) to hold their stuff. Clearly a quiver looks much better, but Kenshi didn't have them til zheyron's mod came along.

Please place both of those higher in the load order than this mod. If you subscribed to this mod last, then that would be the case by default.
