描述

MK1212 Music Component/Submod:

The time has come. No longer will you be plagued by Roman music whilst crusading for the Holy Land. This music component of MK1212 currently replaces all Roman and Eastern battle/campaign music with tracks from a variety of Total War games. Nomadic music is untouched since it fits the Mongols perfectly, and the Barbarian culture now uses the Roman culture's music.

Empire: Total War
Medieval: Total War
Medieval II: Total War
Total War Battles: KINGDOM
Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia

Compatability:

Unless the mod you're using changes music (which at present would be Ancient Empires or Rise of Mordor), then this mod should be compatible with it. You do not require any other MK1212 components, as this is a standalone mod so that people can use it in other Medieval mods or Age of Charlemagne. For multiplayer, you will not be able to join other MK1212 players unless they also have this music mod enabled.

Todo:

Devise a way of adding new tracks instead of just replacing them.
Adjust selection and volume of tracks based on player feedback.

The songs get stopped abruptely in parts of the battles and only come back If I desactivate and then reactivate them from the options menu. Any ideas?.

Could you give a list of the musics played during battles? There's a specific music that plays at the beginning of european battles, I've been digging through the whole OST of total war games but can't find it anywhere, in case you want to know which one is, in this video at 18:40 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idtJdWJFDro&t=1160s&ab_channel=THISISTOTALWAR

idk if its because I mostly play western european nations, but i feel that theres only 2 battle themes (which are from Med 2), those are cool songs but im yet to hear something from Empire or Thrones, is it working as intended?

@DETrooper This is a very well curated music set. Congratulations on a tidy mod. Is there a page with instructions on making the .wem files the same way that you did? The best I've found is either for unit voiceovers or for Unreal Engine. I'd like to be certain I'm using the correct settings for ATW music .wem. Thanks.
