Hadrian (76-138 CE) was the fourteenth Emperor of Rome (10 August 117 to 10 July 138 CE) and is known as the third of the Five Good Emperors (Nerva, Trajan, Hadrian, Antoninus Pius, and Marcus Aurelius) who ruled justly. Born Publius Aelius Hadrianus, probably in Hispania, Hadrian is best known for his substantial building projects throughout the Roman Empire and, especially, Hadrian's Wall in northern Britain.

Hadrian

Leader Ability: Graeculus - +50% Production towards the first buildings of the Encampment, Theatre Square, Campus, and Holy Site. These buildings provide double their regular yields. Cities with a wonder may build an additional district.

Agenda: Hadrian's Wall - Uses his army to actively defend his empire against barbarians and likes civilizations that do the same. Dislikes civilizations that have a strong army but ignore barbarian outposts.

Hadrian almost immediately goes to war with about every civ that I play against. I do not recommend playing as him. No matter how much diplomatic overtures that I make towards other civs, they always dislike me very early in the game and then end up declaring war (especially if they are war hawks. Damn you Abraham Lincoln!)

Working generally just fine w/game +DLC.

Does anyone else have the issue where if you conquered a city with a district that can support one of the buffed buildings (whether the building already exists or you build it) the yields are normal?

@Sukritact, how can we do a mod for the city of TROY, imagine only one city like Venice, with China's great wall. I don't know how to do a mod. Hope you'll maake this wish true ^^ good job man

I've already also played as Hadrian (Rome) and it's interesting and balanced, but feels less powerfull than Trajan on the long-term. Thumbs up for this mod.

So far, i've just played against Hadrian (Rome) as an AI. As far as i can see it's a very balanced civilization, not as agressive as Trajan and a little bit more organized. Next game i will play as Hadrian and share my opinion. So far... great MOD.
