Fire Pro Wrestling Returns version of Mitsuya Nagai. All 4 costumes, full stats, full moveset, full logic. Everything comes from the Fire Pro Wrestling Returns PS2 game.

Oddly, Spike used Alexander Otsuka's head for the main head. They've used other people's heads for some of the alternate costumes for other edits but this is the only one where they did it for the main head. I'm guessing that Mitsuya Nagai shaved his head shortly before FPR was released and there wasn't enough time to make a new head so they just used a random bald guy's head.
